Cons
Salaries are poor. Delay in getting appraisals is the worst part, have to wait for 8-9 months to get your yearly of Last year. Salaries are comparatively very less and often comes very late. Like 15 days already passed of the month when it actually comes to the account. No rational decisions by management, seniors are always right irrespective of looking into the matter. Work load management is very poor. One is getting work of around 3 people and other favourite one to the boss in team have only 1 thing in bucket, even to that no body will be going to ask. Leave approval policies are also like it's primary school, u have to ask multiple level of people a one week off. But before loading u with unmanaged work load , 3-4months of overtime no body is going to ask you. Moreover no one in the company accepts the above point. Because seniors are always right and stand by one another. Mostly seniors of around 10+ years of experience don't have any professionalism in their behaviour. They treat juniors like machines and not at all coperative. Technologies are of stone age and it's a Trap for freshers to fall in, specially when it comes to their own technology teams. No opportunities for the technologies they are working in. Outside the company.
