No job security/Poor customer support - Anonymous employee Open Solutions Employee Review

Expectation is that employees will work weekends, every weekend. Senior management is not approchable, nor do they communicate well. Continuous layoffs, horrible employee morale. Senior management says they want to provide superior customer support, but do not provide the tools or support structure to produce even adequate support. A few top-tier clients receive great support so that they will provide references to potential clients, the rest of the clients are left to pick up the scraps. Stopped company 401(k) contributions.
