Pros

Management is reasonable in balancing life and work issues. Salaries are reasonable. Benefits are OK. Lower level management is pretty good as well. Not a bad place to learn some skills.

Cons

Upper management is in chaos mode. Many successive rounds of layoffs. They do not understand or want to understand all of their products. As a result, many customers are leaving that that trend will continue. So salaries are stationary. Went through a 1 week furlough in 2009.

Challenging, remote employee, flexible, great customer base

Cons

There are a lot of information gaps due to company restructuring which was a result of the banking bust.
