Pros
Overall the company is a good company to work for. The pay is good, the benefits are not to shabby and in these times of economic hardship its good to have a job.
Cons
Company has no direction when it comes to there product. They are quick to sell something but support is junk. Company cant seem to figure out that they need to train there employees and not just drop a manual on the desk. Company is secretive on what they are doing. They have group wide calls and senior management says how wonderful life is and how they are making money, but yet no new contracts have been signed and layoffs are still occurring. To many senior managers that have come from the same company have showed up. This isn't Siemens, stop trying to make it something that it isn't. Your new procedures and methods only last for a year, but you know what, it goes back to the way that it has always been because thats the way it gets done.
