Pros
Doughnut Thursdays were awesome. Every Thursdays the company would buy each employee 2 doughnuts. Sodas were only $0.25! Dress down Fridays.
Cons
Culture was to do as little as possible to not get noticed. It was almost impossible to get any help with issues you had little knowledge about which made the learned curve look like a trip to the moon. Frequently expected to work from 7am-7pm.
