Pros
An environment where innovation, collaboration and having fun are actively encouraged on a day to day basis. A leadership team that empower and are transparent, making sure that everyone feels like they're a part of the company's continued development and success.
Cons
I wouldn't say it's a con, but with any global company where the HQ and the majority of the leadership team is located in a specific country, the challenge faced is making sure that the rest of the business feels included.
