      Nice team of engineers know what they are doing.

      Cons

      HR team and talent acquisition team need to be more informative and provide more details to the new candidate. Lack of communication need to be dealt with.

      Within RSS, I feel that I have lots of autonomy to manage my territory the way I see fit.

      Leadership and org changes frequently. People who have been here a very long time seem targeted for layoffs or "reorgs" Not a lot of room for career growth
