      Great place to work. We have excellent benefits and my coworkers are really genuinely nice

      Cons

      Schedules change very often so is kind of difficult to keep a cleaning and cooking routine when working from home

      Within RSS, I feel that I have lots of autonomy to manage my territory the way I see fit.

      Leadership and org changes frequently. People who have been here a very long time seem targeted for layoffs or "reorgs" Not a lot of room for career growth
