Pros

- So many helpful and nice people to work with - Plenty of knowledge articles full of useful information - Available opportunities for moving up - 4 days schedules available

Cons

- Nothing wrong with this, I just don't like side by sides every other week. I just prefer the live monitoring - Have to wait 6 months for a shift bid to try and get your scheduled changed

Pros

Within RSS, I feel that I have lots of autonomy to manage my territory the way I see fit.

Cons

Leadership and org changes frequently. People who have been here a very long time seem targeted for layoffs or "reorgs" Not a lot of room for career growth
