      Pros

      Work in a fun environment at a fast growing company. Working in a smaller company allows for lots of cross-functional interaction.

      Cons

      Get paid 15-25k less than industry standards. This is such a great place to work but I'm afraid that employees will continue to leave for equivalent roles elsewhere that pay significantly more.

      Pros

      Within RSS, I feel that I have lots of autonomy to manage my territory the way I see fit.

      Cons

      Leadership and org changes frequently. People who have been here a very long time seem targeted for layoffs or "reorgs" Not a lot of room for career growth
