      Very slow Immigration process, a green card processing take 2-3 years for an I-140 appproval, from start to end.

      Within RSS, I feel that I have lots of autonomy to manage my territory the way I see fit.

      Leadership and org changes frequently. People who have been here a very long time seem targeted for layoffs or "reorgs" Not a lot of room for career growth
