      super transparent, very engaged and invested - feels like managers, trainers etc actually care about peoples' wellbeing people are super friendly and warm zero micromanaging, very trusting environment fun socials and generous benefits/freebies

      Within RSS, I feel that I have lots of autonomy to manage my territory the way I see fit.

      Leadership and org changes frequently. People who have been here a very long time seem targeted for layoffs or "reorgs" Not a lot of room for career growth
