Pros

If you have a good manager they help

Cons

The expectation that you will be working all day then do hours of homework after, Driving long distance spending money on lunches for your enrollment and buying prizes on the average I spent $180-$200 a week for enrollment most times only making 600 dollars not worth it. The only time you make good money is in a good enrollment. The highest payout is life insurance at 38% but you only get 65% of that up front ex: you sell a policy that cost $1200 a year you only will make $296 dollars most weeks I was only writing 4200 in policy making roughly 1037 on that take out your expenses of 180 you made 857 dollars don’t forget to save money for taxes not worth it and if you are not a top producer management will pull you out of enrollment now you make no money and they want you to go new group( cold calling)

Pros

Very inclusive company to work for. Benefits were amazing, culture was amazing, leadership was equally amazing. My direct manager really poured into my development and helping me reach my individual goals.

Cons

The company closed, otherwise I would have spent the rest of my career there.

Pros

None Experienced or observed during my time here

Cons

Extremely unprofessional recruiting and onboarding process with zero accountability. I was recruited directly by this company — I did not apply. Based on assurances from the recruiter, I was encouraged to leave a stable, paying job and submit my two-weeks notice. My original start date was then pushed back into mid-December, which immediately caused financial strain for my family during the holidays. When I was finally placed into my first class, my contract was terminated within the first 40 minutes, without any explanation. I was not given a performance issue, warning, or corrective feedback. The only communication I received afterward was an offer of a letter of recommendation — which does nothing to address the real-world consequences of their actions. As a direct result of this company’s recruitment and sudden cancellation, I was left without income, facing severe financial hardship including vehicle repossession risk and housing instability. When I raised these concerns, the response was simply, “There’s nothing we can do.” This experience demonstrated a complete lack of empathy, responsibility, and ethical consideration — especially troubling for a company operating in the insurance industry, which claims to serve vulnerable populations. The damage caused by their mismanagement has been life-altering. If you value job security, transparency, and basic human decency, proceed with extreme caution.
