Free food. Free soft drinks, free candies, free chocolates, free coffee. Completely open floor plan. Decent salary. New computers. Nice people. Work from home available.

Cons

Very very old and proprietary technology is everywhere. Technology is ancient. A software engineer can add very little to resume. Rushed delivery, no breaks. Overtime and weekend work is common.
