Pros

Ive been at Optima for over a year now and I have to say that its the best corporate experience I have ever had. Great benefits, hard working employees, and engaged owners. The company is growing bigger each quarter and the software product is top notch.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons that are worth mentioning. The fact is that there are so many positives to working with this company that it would seem distasteful to nick pick it about any cons.
