Pros

No Drug testing involved to get the job. Occasional free lunch. A great coffee machine. It's at a good location for me to arrive. Free office supplies when needed because im a cheepo. The health insurance provided is decent. People are friendly and willing to help.

Cons

hassling people to get their paperwork done. The whole process is not easy for the client. They have to be compliant and complete their homework with us. It isn't a simple one, two , three process. Some clients take over 2 years to complete their case. Case Managers, support, and everyone in different departments have our work very disorganized. Lack of communication between departments and clients make the process very confusing. Pay is also low! I wish the pay here was higher. Once those tax dollars come out of the paycheck, it sure looks thin. Probationary period also sucks. Quota to reach is manageable, but you really have to give up quality of service to our clients in order to maintain or quota quantity (it's impossible otherwise).

Pros

Supportive team members, structured training, and opportunities to develop administrative and payment processing skills. Clear expectations and a professional work environment helped me stay organized and productive.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and performance expectations may feel demanding. Some processes change frequently, which can require employees to adapt quickly.

Pros

Flexible for the most part (for now) Happy that there are less agents. i just hope they don't over hire once or if it gets busier. Hope there are improvements and environment gets better like the old Optima days.

Cons

-Not much culture left. -Taken away bonuses. keeps getting worse and more strict rules and changes. -Wish they would have a rule where employees who drive far have more opportunity to work from home again. I personally do better and wouldn't have to waste so much time on the road in traffic. i can spend more time with family and I could be working more if anything.... As long as the money is still decent during slow times and I'm not going into my savings. Then we're good. I hope it gets busy again and they don't over hire once it does.... -Servicing/back-end needs to do better work. Us sales agent's and company lose A LOT of money due to this. Has been giving our company a bad name/brand. We are not the only company out there anymore. there's a lot of competition. Hopefully they listen to their employees since we also deal with the back lash from the back end complaints. Not cool for our clients to spend a lot of money and be ignored afterwards.
