Compensation is directly related to your efforts and results, which gives employees the ability to control their own salary! We do offer a generous commission structure in addition to daily, weekly, monthly and annual competitions, prizes and awards, which most people prefer. However we understand it is not for everyone… We have over 50+ license professional and are very proud to say that only 3 resigned over the last three years. Furthermore, we developed 10 enrolled agents in house through our employee growth initiatives.We provide an hourly rate/salary to qualify you as a W2 employee, that way you are still eligible for our benefits package (including health, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, and much more). We are working on and anticipating continued growth and opportunities for our team members to advance their careers.
