Pros

Pto & sick pay. Good job to get experience and go where you’ll actually be rewarded.

Cons

Like a high school, Management backs management even when wrong. This place is ran by politics, unless you brown nose, you will not be respected and looked at as replaceable. HR is crooked, and will try their hardest to cover up problems and get you to agree to keep your mouth shut. They also pay for their reviews and have someone as full time calling asking for reviews. They force the company to do top place to work, when they know half of staff is unhappy. They punish you for speaking up and will make you wanna leave if you speak up, I did.

Dear Ex-Employee, First off, I would like to thank you for your 3+ years of service with OTR. We added 100’s of employees and changed dramatically over the last three years, and I appreciate you sticking with us that long – especially under the circumstances you describe. I myself have resigned from companies that didn’t align with my values in the past, so I can appreciate your decision. Although I disagree with many of your claims, I want to let you know that I acknowledge your feedback. I would also like to take 100% of the blame for your negative experience with OTR as the employee experience is my #1 concern - I obviously failed you. Needless to say, I will add this feedback to our annual internal “Employee Voice” survey to see if there any current employees that share a similar experience. I am sorry that we did not deliver the “Top Workplace” experience that you deserve and I am happy that it sounds like you have found a company that is better suited to your needs. Of course, you can reach out to me directly if you would like to discuss further. My best, David King

Pros

Supportive team members, structured training, and opportunities to develop administrative and payment processing skills. Clear expectations and a professional work environment helped me stay organized and productive.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and performance expectations may feel demanding. Some processes change frequently, which can require employees to adapt quickly.

Pros

Flexible for the most part (for now) Happy that there are less agents. i just hope they don't over hire once or if it gets busier. Hope there are improvements and environment gets better like the old Optima days.

Cons

-Not much culture left. -Taken away bonuses. keeps getting worse and more strict rules and changes. -Wish they would have a rule where employees who drive far have more opportunity to work from home again. I personally do better and wouldn't have to waste so much time on the road in traffic. i can spend more time with family and I could be working more if anything.... As long as the money is still decent during slow times and I'm not going into my savings. Then we're good. I hope it gets busy again and they don't over hire once it does.... -Servicing/back-end needs to do better work. Us sales agent's and company lose A LOT of money due to this. Has been giving our company a bad name/brand. We are not the only company out there anymore. there's a lot of competition. Hopefully they listen to their employees since we also deal with the back lash from the back end complaints. Not cool for our clients to spend a lot of money and be ignored afterwards.
