Pros
You will work with some genuinely nice people.
Cons
There is no training and turnover is horrific. Most people don't make it 90 days. The pay is terrible, they claim you can make money on commission but if people get good at their jobs and commissions go up, they cut commission pay for the whole team. They claim to be reputable but you are expected to constantly lie to the clients. The goal is to dangle reduction in front of people until they have full paid and then tell them they paid an exorbitant price for something they could have done themselves for free in less than an hour. The worst is if you ever make it to management you have to deal with the irrational and erratic whims of the CEO. They always have growth opportunities because they expect miracles of management from people with no management experience or training.
