Pros

CEO is a great dude that’s about it. Can’t say the same about the company. Only other pro would be the befits. The benefits were the only big perk about this job in regards to medical and dental.

Cons

This place is extremely micromanaged! You have to sit on camera all day through Microsoft Teams, while you are working both in office and while at home. If your camera is not on your management team, ask you why isn’t your camera on, or please turn on your camera. The company swears it’s to get you to interact with your teams, and make it feel like you guys are together. And supposedly, to collaborate with the team; but in reality, that’s not it! Your manager just wants to sit there and watch you all day through camera and make sure you are working. It’s extremely awkward having others look at you on camera for 8 hours. Oh, and if you are not on camera you’ll get written up. This company has been through 4 layoffs in just little over a year. Which says a lot. They constantly blame the IRS saying that there isn’t any IRS enforcement happening. Reality is, this company is going broke. Because they are being sued. They can’t afford to even pay their employees a living wage. Mostly all the reps there make about $15.50-17 unless of course you’re higher up like a manager. Even leads don’t make enough raging from $18-19 only. Sure, some positions are commission based but I can assure you that making 35-55k isn’t anything. The attorney there has made a rude remark at a company offsite meeting saying, “I’m not jealous of your jobs.” Knowing half the people that work there barley make anything. I really feel he should take a look back at what he said.

Pros

Supportive team members, structured training, and opportunities to develop administrative and payment processing skills. Clear expectations and a professional work environment helped me stay organized and productive.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and performance expectations may feel demanding. Some processes change frequently, which can require employees to adapt quickly.

Pros

Flexible for the most part (for now) Happy that there are less agents. i just hope they don't over hire once or if it gets busier. Hope there are improvements and environment gets better like the old Optima days.

Cons

-Not much culture left. -Taken away bonuses. keeps getting worse and more strict rules and changes. -Wish they would have a rule where employees who drive far have more opportunity to work from home again. I personally do better and wouldn't have to waste so much time on the road in traffic. i can spend more time with family and I could be working more if anything.... As long as the money is still decent during slow times and I'm not going into my savings. Then we're good. I hope it gets busy again and they don't over hire once it does.... -Servicing/back-end needs to do better work. Us sales agent's and company lose A LOT of money due to this. Has been giving our company a bad name/brand. We are not the only company out there anymore. there's a lot of competition. Hopefully they listen to their employees since we also deal with the back lash from the back end complaints. Not cool for our clients to spend a lot of money and be ignored afterwards.
