Pros

Great training and support, company cares about employees and customers. I really like that staff is supported in our decisions and the company values the safety of both staff and the customers. I feel safe and that the customers are receiving great care and working towards goals, we're not just "babysitting" for lack of a better term. Great opportunities to advance also

Cons

Pay is not amazing, you take this job for personal fulfillment and you enjoy the work, not to make bank. Can be stressful at times do to the nature of the job. Its hard not to care and get attached to people and its tough when they are hurting or in crisis but that's what we are here for. The good far outweighs the bad.
