      Leadership communication and leadership compassion is vastly lacking. The company "community" is entirely for show, they don't actually have any concern for anyone "below" them.

      Peers were kind, supportive, and friendly. Ok compensation.

      Cons

      Leadership was constantly changing and bringing in new employees to fix issues that wouldn't be fixed by them; the company's strategy wasn't on point. Slow promotions and career development/advancement.
