      Coworkers are great. Positive atmosphere. Always trying to improve the environment via automation and efficiency. You are a valued member of the team and your opinion matters.

      Cons

      Smaller teams means a title more after hour work when performing upgrades. Fewer team mates to lean on for work and scheduling time off. Not many negatives.
