      Pros

      Medical benefits and job stability salary is decent for an entry level position other than that i can not think of any other pros

      Cons

      Hypocritical and unrealistic expectations upper management overly focussed on the wrong metrics they are no longer customer focussed and have all but automated my job with no room for knowledgeable employees
