      Commission. Benefits. Semi-Flexible hours. Can set your own original way of strategy already in place for the most part. Supervisor is amazing. Manager is good.

      Cons

      Constant change to strategy. Too much pressure on selling mobile service. Favoritism. Success is all about who you know and how you rub off on them.
