This company is looking to cut cost anywhere and everywhere. They will hike sales quotas to the moon while the volume of leads gets lower and lower. Leadership is very manipulative and full of lies. The will also use fear and intimidation to try to get you to push their mobile services. You will be threatened several times with termination if you do not shove mobile service down customers throat. Base pay is below standards you must be willing to work 50+ hours weekly if you want to make a livable commission. I was a top 5% sales rep last year and they rewarded me with a .40 cent raise. Once again they are looking to cut cost significantly so they are looking to get rid of most US based employees and hire overseas agents instead. This company used to be an amazing opportunity when it was suddenlink unfortunately it is now in big debt and they are looking for any way to cut cost. I would avoid this place for the time being.
