      Flex start 6-9 am. Work from home 3 days a week. Relaxed dress code. Good coworkers.

      Cons

      People leave causing a lot of training for new people. Hires through recruiting agency. Pay is not great.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
