      Patients are very appreciative of what we provide

      Cons

      HR is an absolute nightmare. They will bend over backwards to protect a member of the sales team, yelling and belittling it tolerated. They sadly perceive that they bring in the money rather than the pharmacy or nursing teams that provide excellent service

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
