Company is experiencing lots of growth and the employees are generally very welcoming and nice.
Cons
Middle management is unreasonable and will cut you if you make one minor mistake, even if you've had no prior incidences and have had a good track record. My ex-supervisor from this company is one of the most cold-hearted people I've ever met. Seriously, if you're a contracted employee, do not get too comfortable with your supervisors until your contract period is up.
