Pros

I've met few people whose been with the company for more than 10 years. They treat you like a family.

Cons

Managers get promoted based on how long they've been with the company. Some managers or supervisors doesnt even know what they're doing. Lack of managerial skills. Operations and HR should do their best to train their employees and help them improve their skills. Lots or uneccesary job positions that can be assigned to one job title. Company is wasting money buying unuseful technologies like tons of TV screens, big office spaces etc.

Pros

Compensation and annual bonus structure

Cons

Despite the fact that leadership touts patient centered care—their actions prove they only care about one thing: profits. Every metric, KPI, and action item is solely focused around maximizing profits. Severely understaffed teams and lack of support from leadership leaves teams vulnerable to mistakes. Also office politics matter way more than anything else. If your leadership likes you? You can do no wrong and everything will be swept under the rug. If they feel threatened by you? You can rest assured you will micromanaged and managed out. A once great company has morphed into a money grab. But that’s also what you expect when you have a COO who has zero operational experience.
