Pros
Only pro was no drama with coworkers
Cons
If you are a registered nurse and care about the patients this is not the job for you. This is a sales job with focus on numbers. Commissions are paid however it is up to you to be sure the beans are all counted. I worked 9 to 10 hour days plus on call every weekend with little to no recognition or appreciation from management. I actually never met my boss in person which is really pathetic. The expectation is to be in the hospitals on the front line in the middle of this pandemic. They also expect you to work the 5 to 6 referrals or more per day from your car or wherever you can find a spot to sit. Management is clueless as to the actual workload the nurses are taking on every day. In my branch alone we have lost over 10 people in the last nine months Burned out. This is not a long-term job.
