      Culture is improving, Management listens to you, and very understanding with flexible work schedules.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of accountability, not a lot of communication of decisions, and Cant stop working and pick up working when you want to hit your 40 hours.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
