Pros

Some employees are nice and welcoming.

Cons

It is a hostile work environment. They allow a particular employee to bully and verbally attack people without consequences, to the point of it affecting your mental health. When you stay home to take care of your mental health, you get into trouble. The pay they offer is not worth the stress of this job. It is very stressful. They expect you to work extremely fast while compounding and keep piling on more and more compounding work. Because of this, short cuts are taken and that is not always safe for the patient. I would not recommend getting and IV's from this company after seeing how things are made. The workspace is extremely small with 4 hoods in it. You literally are tripping over your coworkers. If you work their closing shift, you can't leave at your assigned time. You have to stay until all the work is done. Sometimes you are there 2 to 3 hours after the time you should have gone home. They always seem to be short staffed which piles even more work on everyone else. The Technician manager tries to be your friend instead of managing the staff, leading to a poor managed staff. Everybody talks about everybody behind there back.

Pros

Great colleagues who genuinely care about patients and support one another.

Cons

Leadership often felt disconnected from the realities of the field. Expectations continued to increase despite operational challenges, staffing constraints, and changing priorities. Goals were frequently adjusted, making it difficult to build long-term strategies and maintain momentum. Communication between leadership and the field could be inconsistent, and there was a stronger emphasis on short-term metrics than on supporting sustainable growth. During my time there, the culture became increasingly demanding, with limited recognition for performance and little opportunity for constructive feedback.
