Pay and coworkers are ok.

Cons

The worst management I've ever had. When something goes wrong, the managers are always trying to find someone at fault or to blame instead of trying to fix the problem that caused the issue. Management also has obvious favorites that make all other employees very resentful and it brings down morale. The manager is also very dry and doesn't seem to care about the employees, only about making another buck. During holidays, instead of trying to plan it so the branch can close early and go spend time with their families on Thanksgiving/Christmas eve like previous management has done, the management go home and employees stay to close. There is constantly new staff now as well.

Great colleagues who genuinely care about patients and support one another.

Cons

Leadership often felt disconnected from the realities of the field. Expectations continued to increase despite operational challenges, staffing constraints, and changing priorities. Goals were frequently adjusted, making it difficult to build long-term strategies and maintain momentum. Communication between leadership and the field could be inconsistent, and there was a stronger emphasis on short-term metrics than on supporting sustainable growth. During my time there, the culture became increasingly demanding, with limited recognition for performance and little opportunity for constructive feedback.
