Will be threatened with returning to office due to metrics and KPIs. Pay discrepancies are huge and make for awkward conversation with teammates. They hire through temp agencies in attempt to save money on salaries but they are deceptive regarding the amount of work that must be done, creating a high turnover rate. Also creates a clique culture where tenured employees are weary of anyone new & new employees think everyone is stand off-ish. The company culture is terrible. Was once a much better to work for but the merger with Bioscript is still not complete. Different operations at different branches but everyone must work together to make things happen. Some of the most rude pharmacists I have eve worked with paired with some of the kindest nurses and Dieticians. The company's workforce is a mismatched MESS.
