      People in the lower roles are nice and fun to work with.

      Management is HORRIBLE..they act as if they are so much better than everyone else.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
