      Pros

      Sort of flexible scheduling, maybe more so if you’re full time and just doing home visits.

      Cons

      You cannot build your own schedule and if you are in the suite, you can’t control your day, and when and what time patients come. There’s not a lot of thought put in to times infusions take when they stack patients and you have no help

      friendly, supportive, loving, understanding and family oriented staff

      low pay rate, no promotions.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
