      Pros

      Good pay for clinicians and management. Strong camaraderie developed from years under siege. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Staffing is way too lean. Burnout is inevitable. Med errors and near misses are increasingly common. Communication with upper management is punished. Technicians in particular are not compensated sufficiently for everything they are put through.

      friendly, supportive, loving, understanding and family oriented staff

      low pay rate, no promotions.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
