Pros
Pay, PTO, flexibility, and new management are great at this branch. Lots of the bad management and bad employees left the company. There was one guy used to harass other pharmacists and was racist but he left. The director of operations is great and fair. She listens and try’s to accommodate employees.
Cons
This company is number driven and it’s getting worse each year. The company does not value employees. The workload can be overwhelming.
