Pros

Optiv provides a tremendous opportunity to work within all facets of cyber security and truly help clients not just become more secure, but enable them to meet their most mission critical business goals. I love that Optiv has empowered employees to be visionary and create real impact for clients while being yourself. The culture is great with a strong commitment from the management team to support the workforce in achieving the vision while doing it collaboratively as one team.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons to date, but I am a "glass half-full" person. Optiv has provided a great opportunity for personal and professional growth for me while creating a culture of accountability. Someone who does not like to be accountable for their results, may not be a great fit. However, if you are one who enjoys the challenge of hard work, learning new things and embracing the opportunity, Optiv is a destination you should consider.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Supportive Management Depending on who you get Good work life balance as long as you don't take the job with you after hours Work from Home Hands on Training - could still use improvement Annual pay increase

Cons

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
