Cons
Company is completely disheveled and executive management is anything but transparent. Company gave my team 6 business days notice (from time the check should have been in our accounts) that we would not receive our quarterly bonus even if we hit or exceeded our numbers. There was a hiring freeze and I didn't have a manager for months.. when I left there was still no one in the cross hairs to take over. Executive team will say one thing and then go in a completely different direction. Constantly changing structure / procedure. Our way or the highway mentality. Not concerned with building lasting relationships with customers. Underpaid compared to competition. Every single colleague of mine who has left has said they wish they had done it sooner. I agree. If your company was acquired expect your leadership team to be pushed out.
