Pros
Unlimited PTO is great. Cybersecurity is an exciting industry with seemingly endless potential.
Cons
Communication is lazy and untimely. Decisions about compensation and policy are left to rumor or management discretion and only formally communicated after the fact. Employees once enjoyed a flexible schedule and option to work from home but with the new headquarters not only is that flexibility going away the parking stipend has been discontinued. New employees can factor that into salary negotiation but current employees are taking a pay-cut. After coming in below the financial goal in 2017, layoffs have also been rampant and there is no opportunity for advancement in the near future.
