Pros

There are not any that I can think of.

Cons

I made a terrible mistake going here so please learn from me. Mediocre benefits plan and low salaries. Owned by investment firm whose only concern is the bottom line and certainly not maintaining a positive work environment. Management here is more concerned with their Glassdoor rating than how they treat employees. Poor work/life balance. Mistakes are not forgiven and met with condescending remarks from management. Who needs that? Especially in the Denver job market. Continually changing priorities and lack of positive communication from management makes this a no-win work environment. A place where top-talent goes to die or gets smart and leaves....like I did. No matter how difficult your current situation is, going here will only make it worse. Pass on them!

Pros

Unlimited PTO Supportive Management Depending on who you get Good work life balance as long as you don't take the job with you after hours Work from Home Hands on Training - could still use improvement Annual pay increase

Cons

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
