Not a meritocracy. Lack of advancement. As others have stated you will be a slave. New alignment and Sr Management every few quarters. New leadership seems to continually fail. This has been going on for over 5 yrs. No change in behavior. Instead of listening to long term employees who know the business better than anyone from outside.
No investment in Services but they want to be a Services company. Not paid bonuses. Bonus data manipulation.
Wholesale Pandemic layoffs of revenue generating, profit making employees. That says volumes about culture. Shows no care for the people who actually run the business. Founder/ CEO pushed out by PE. This company cannot compete and should be broken up and sold for its parts before there is no value left.
