Entirely remote, competitive pay, opportunities to develop and run with new ways of doing things
Cons
Annual raise was small. For annual performance reviews, managers can only rank 1/4 of their direct reports in the top tier that would set them up for larger raises and promotions. So small teams composed of multiple high performers are artificially held back. Lip service is paid to DEI initiatives but the company is primarily white men, especially on the sales side. They say the right things for the most part but more needs to actually be done.
