Pros
I can't remember the last time I was this happy in a position at this point in my career. I recognized the huge opportunity to join Optiv, as the merger between Accuvant and Fishnet reminded me of the early days at PayPal. Management and employees all seem excited and motivated by the potential this new company can offer.

Not many cons. My experiences have been mostly favorable, and any negative items have been part of the learning process.
