Internal regulations appear to differ significantly between expat staff and Indian hires, creating a fragmented and inequitable workplace. Unrealistic Onboarding: New hires are expected to deliver at an expert level almost immediately. There is a systemic lack of mentorship or support, yet failure to meet these steep expectations often leads to termination within 2–3 months.
