Pros

In no particular order: - very friendly and supportive atmosphere - the people are knowledgeable in their area of expertise and always seeking to improve - very little red tape/formal process to get things done - management that has a clear goal and has a plan to get there - management is very transparent with their decisions/rationale behind them, and is willing and actively seeking feedback - free good quality food - a very good work/life balance - overtime is never expected (but sometimes has to be put in, mostly due to deadlines imposed by 3rd parties) - very good salary and benefits - clean, light and roomy work space

Cons

Not many, really. - At least right now, it feels like there is not enough people to accomplish all the things we have plans for. While plans are being scaled back, and we are hiring aggressively, it still feels that we are stretched somewhat thin and need more working hands. - With recent restructuring, a few things are still up in the air as to who owns them and whose responsibility it is. Until those are hashed out completely, it takes time and effort for non-related people to have to switch their attention to address any issues with those.

Cons

constant office renovations were a bit distracting, but was told it should be done in 2026

Pros

Good compensation, collaborative environment. Company also seems to aim to be at forefront of new tech such as AI

Cons

When HR mgmt is on record stating things like the company shouldn’t hire females anymore, it really makes you wonder how they make decisions on who should fill management positions
