      Pros

      Great work atmosphere. Good training period, challenging but very dynamic. They have arguably the best systems and algos; can make tons of money if you have what it takes.

      Cons

      Training focuses too little on the use of systems; make sure you're very good with computers before you start. High employee turnover.

      Good compensation, collaborative environment. Company also seems to aim to be at forefront of new tech such as AI

      When HR mgmt is on record stating things like the company shouldn’t hire females anymore, it really makes you wonder how they make decisions on who should fill management positions
