Pros

For the most part, I enjoyed my coworkers, providers and office managers. I gained a lot of experience working in family medicine. I was satisfied with the health insurance coverage but the premium was pricey for my spouse and I.

Cons

No holiday bonuses from company. Non-competitive pay and PTO benefits. It was hard to get concerns addressed by executives such as requesting a match to raise my pay to what another office could offer me. I waited 7 months and received the same reply each time I inquired, that my request was being looked over. We also ran into the issue of being chronically understaffed but did not receive approval to post job openings for our office until at least a few months after an individual resigned. The office I worked for had began to have a high turnover issue.

It will remain at the very top as one of the best work-related experiences of my career. Looking back, I can genuinely say I loved my time with this company. They don't just talk about a supportive culture—they live it every day. They truly set the standard for what a healthcare company and its leadership teams should look like, and they have proven it time and again through their actions. They truly set the benchmark for workplace culture and leadership excellence.

Cons

None to mention really everything was truly great , Fully Remote is the BEST MORE and Productive and Healthiest environment they have fostered .
